Cupping
Cupping is one of the oldest forms of Chinese Medicine and has been utilized by many cultures world wide. Glass cups are heated and placed onto various parts of the body to create a vacuum. Depending on your condition cups may be left on from 5-10 minutes. Cupping helps to promote circulation, remove toxins by improving lymph flow and decreases trigger points. Conditions that may be helped with cupping include migraines, asthma, pain, swelling, and facial paralysis.

Moxibustion/Moxa

Moxa is held over various points along the body to warm certain areas.
